If there's one thing I love about weddings, besides putting on my highest heels, is seeing a happy couple. There's just something about seeing a newly wed couple utterly in love with each other and ready to start a new journey together.
As I mentioned in my last blog post, this past Saturday one of Hubby's friends got married. His friend is someone who has become a part of my life too and to see him getting married really made me happy. Especially since he said he would never get married! Sad part is that him and his new wife are immigrating (to his wife's home country) and I'm not to sure when we will see them again.
Listen to me, I seem like I'm in such a bleak mood! Especially with my black and white photos... Promise I'm not! I wanted to try something different, I love black and white photo's! And since you've all seen me in my LollyLoves Pleated Skirt before you know the gorgeous nude colour it is.
I really did want to wear my custom made dress that I wore to my sister's wedding but when wanting to get dressed, I saw some stains and realised that I forgot to take it to the dry cleaners. I also made a real mess of my pleated skirt, I tried cutting a piece of chicken and instead sent some veggies flying, all over my skirt and onto the floor. *face palm!
A trip to the dry cleaners is definitely on my to do list now... Especially since I would have NO idea how to clean my pleated skirt properly anyway!
My next outfit post I'm so excited about and can't wait to show you all!
I'm wearing the maxi dress as seen in this post 031 Collection for Mr Price and it's so pretty!
