After an extremely busy morning setting up and getting everything ready for my sister's baby shower, I only had about half an hour to shower, brush my hair and put on some make up. Luckily, I thought about my outfit the night prior. Plus it also helped that my order from Kapsule Boutique had arrived a few days earlier.
I've seen this crochet lace top on many a blogger and just thought it would stay in my imaginary outfits in my mind but then along came Kapsule and made all my fashion dreams come true. I'm not even kidding, there was a tie dye maxi dress which I've been lusting after for a year! Imagine my delight when I spotted it on there website and it was so SALE! The fashion Gods were smiling at me baby!
My sister's baby's gender will be a surprise and I tried to keep my look neutral. I adore this entire outfit and will probably be wearing a 100 times again. I love it that much! And by the way, I'm actually wearing my crochet lace top back to front as I love the look of a higher neck plus I'd rather have a open back than open boobs. ;)

Even though I was so exhausted at the end of the baby shower and just wanted to kick off my heels and eat cake, I made my husband take these photo's of my outfit. Good blogger.
Although, the baby shower was two weeks ago and I'm only posting this now. Bad blogger. Oops!

    1. Thanks Anthea! :) My sister bought them for me in China a few years ago and I've been trying to find a good dupe for them as they aren't looking as good as they used to. Will let you know if I do though! x

  2. I stumbled upon your page and I am absolutely in love with your blog! I love the fact that you dress in such a stylish, classy yet modest way. And I like how you can remix items of clothing. I am a christian woman and sometimes it can be really hard to find the right clothes to wear that look great but still maintain ones dignity. You are such a breath of fresh air and I even love your name, Laiqah. Beautiful!
