Well, hello there! I've had a month+ break for Ramadan, focus on the important things. Not that my blog isn't important to me, but my faith took first place. Blogging about what I was wearing seemed highly irrelevant with all the horror going on in the world right now. And while, the horror continues in Gaza, I and my family are taking steps to make a difference.
But, let's get back into why you are here... My OOTD! This outfit reflects my style perfectly. Classic but stylish. Is that a bit narcissistic of me? I hope not, knowing your personal style is essential to knowing yourself.
A classic trench was always missing my in my wardrobe, and now that I own one, I can't believe how versatile it is. Classic, more expensive (think investment) pieces are my new way of shopping. I've grown up, I'm no longer interested in having a closet full of old trends from Mr P which I don't want to wear anymore. My style is evolving and I want clothes I can wear for a few years. Essentially, it's all about smarter shopping.
These Cotton On boyfriend jeans have been a easy go on weekends. I love that the legs are tapered! I bought them before Ramadan and are slightly too big for me now but it adds to the boyfriend style. I do love a good boyfriend!
I have in fact missed blogging, and sharing what I'm wearing. The support from those of you who read my blog is so encouraging and makes me want to continue. Thank you!
